wow! this one was a mirage indeed....i was quite pleased to initially be reading a positive blog, after ur last post......but it seems like nothing has changed.
Like TLK said...try talking to him (assuming u havnt already) And if that doesnt seem to work, well methinks its time to start making an exit plan...like someone mentioned in the comments to your last post.
